These terms explain the beta service boundary for TickrScope. The service helps self-directed users organise public-market research, but it does not provide personal recommendations, trade execution, copy trading, investment management, tax advice, legal advice, or broker introductions.

By accessing TickrScope, using the website, joining the beta, using the Telegram bot, creating an account, signing up for updates, or receiving a research output, you agree to follow these terms and the related service pages. If you do not agree, do not use the service. TickrScope may update these terms as the beta changes. Material changes should be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, notified through the account, website, email, or Telegram channel used by the service.
TickrScope is intended for UK users aged 18 or over who make their own investing and research decisions. If you access the service from another country, you are responsible for checking whether local law allows that access. TickrScope may restrict access where legal, regulatory, abuse, sanctions, platform, or operational risks make service delivery unsuitable.
TickrScope may help organise watchlists, saved notes, public filings, company announcements, market headlines, source-backed research cards, alerts, evidence gaps, research prompts, digests, and user-defined research rules. The output is designed to make checking easier. It is not designed to replace your own judgement, a regulated adviser, a broker, a tax adviser, a lawyer, or the original sources behind a market event.
Nothing in TickrScope should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, subscribe for, exchange, redeem, allocate, rebalance, hedge, or otherwise transact in any investment. TickrScope does not assess suitability against your income, objectives, experience, risk tolerance, liabilities, tax position, time horizon, or full financial circumstances. If an output appears to cross that boundary, treat it as a product fault and report it rather than relying on it.
TickrScope does not place trades, route orders, rebalance accounts, manage portfolios, provide custody, hold client money, ask for broker passwords, ask for private keys, or connect to a broker for order placement. Do not send broker credentials, card details, private keys, seed phrases, or other secrets through the website, email, or Telegram.
Market data, news, filings, analytics, and AI-generated summaries may be delayed, incomplete, misclassified, unavailable, or wrong. AI output is a draft research aid, not a statement of fact. Always check the original source, publication date, issuer, provider attribution, and any counter-evidence before acting. Alerts may arrive late or fail, especially where a third-party provider, Telegram, hosting, data vendor, or model provider is unavailable.
Telegram is a third-party platform. Bot commands, chat identifiers, usernames, names, messages, alerts, and replies can pass through Telegram before reaching TickrScope. Telegram's own terms and privacy practices apply to Telegram's handling of that data. Do not rely on Telegram alerts as your only source of time-sensitive market information, and do not treat a missing alert as confirmation that nothing material has happened.
You are responsible for keeping your login, email, device, Telegram account, and any beta access code secure. Do not share your account, create duplicate trial accounts, bypass access controls, impersonate someone else, or let another person use your access. Tell TickrScope promptly if you believe your account or Telegram access has been compromised.
You must not use TickrScope for market manipulation, insider dealing, unauthorised financial promotions, advising others, scraping, rate-limit avoidance, credential sharing, spam, harassment, malware, model abuse, broker automation, reverse engineering, or any unlawful purpose. You must not use service outputs to create a competing product, train a model, republish paywalled or licensed data, or resell TickrScope materials without written permission. TickrScope branding, product design, website copy, software, source-backed card formats, workflows, and research presentation are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use service output for your own personal research, subject to these terms and any third-party source restrictions. You retain ownership of watchlists, notes, prompts, portfolio context, support messages, and other data you provide, but you grant TickrScope the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, display, improve, and support the service.
TickrScope may link to, summarise, attribute, or organise information from third-party websites, data vendors, company releases, filings, news providers, payment providers, email providers, hosting services, analytics tools, and model providers. Those third parties remain responsible for their own content, services, terms, data handling, availability, and fees. A source appearing in TickrScope does not mean TickrScope endorses it or has independently verified every underlying fact.
Subscription and cancellation terms must stay visible before any paid public launch. Any paid checkout must show the plan price, billing period, renewal date, trial terms, usage limits, cancellation route, refund position, and key service restrictions before payment. The current public-v1 pricing direction is still pre-launch. Subscriptions and trials remain blocked until final checkout wording, Stripe customer-portal behaviour, cooling-off handling, and refund wording are approved. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. If paid digital access starts immediately, checkout must record the required consent and acknowledgement for the cooling-off treatment. Digital content and digital services must be as described, and refund/cancellation wording must match the live customer-portal flow before broad paid launch.
Required business details, including the final operator name, company number where applicable, contact address, support route, VAT position, complaint route, and ADR details where required, must be confirmed before these beta terms are treated as final public-launch wording.
TickrScope processes data to operate accounts, support the beta, provide research features, manage alerts, handle billing references, prevent abuse, respond to data-rights requests, and secure the service. Privacy, export, deletion, retention, processor, cookie, and similar storage details are covered in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Beta features may change, break, be limited, be suspended, or be withdrawn. TickrScope may restrict or terminate access where required for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal risk, repeated misuse, platform restrictions, or service integrity. Material reductions to a paid plan should be notified and reflected in the cancellation and refund process.
You remain responsible for your own research, decisions, trades, tax position, and use of TickrScope outputs. TickrScope is not liable for losses arising from investment decisions you make, source errors, data delays, AI mistakes, missed alerts, market volatility, third-party outages, or your failure to check original sources. Any final liability cap, indemnity, governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute wording requires UK legal review before it is treated as final public-launch wording.
Report incorrect, unsupported, advice-like, billing, privacy, or security issues through the beta support route or Telegram commands when enabled: /bug, /report, /privacy, /export, /delete, and /stop.
